Puyallup, WA Cake Smash Photographer | Amelia

My sweet little Amelia is 1! I am so sad to see her so grown now. Sadly we had to celebrate her birthday while living in a hotel, but thankfully there was a pool so we made lemonade out of all the lemons we were handed in November.   The wonderful staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Puyallup, WA was fantastic and accommodating to us and our guests when we took over a corner of the dining room to celebrate our little one’s birthday.

Besides celebrating by swimming and scaring all the guests away by the amount of noise 15 kids make, I had to capture her cake smash. We had the amazing Jennifer Wilcox Photography capture her 1st Year photos in November that are just breath taking. You can see these beautiful images HERE.
I of course had to do my own version of a cake smash, and once I saw this backdrop I just KNEW this was the session I wanted to have for my sweet baby girl at my Puyallup, WA studio. I love living so close (5 min away) that sometimes I just quickly stop in and grab some new photographs of her.

Thank you to my amazing cake decorator as well! I requested a much more elaborate cake for this and she delivered perfectly! I love how it all came together. <3

If you would like to attend a cake smash this year I recommend contacting me to schedule your session at least 1-2 months in advance as I only accept a few sessions a month.

Sessions take place at my Puyallup, WA studio located in the heart of the city and near many restaurants, stores and beautiful city parks or within 20 mi of 98372.  Puyallup is centrally located between Olympia, WA and Seattle, WA.
